(More customer reviews)This is a nice kitchen playset, but the packaging is terrible.The first one we ordered was cracked.In fact, the oven door was splintered into 3 pieces.We sent it back.The second one we ordered was also cracked, but this time it was a smaller cosmetic crack.We didn't have time before my daughters birthday to send it back for a third one, so we are reluctantly keeping it.In any case, I am not confident that the third one would not be damaged also.
There is absolutely no padding, styrofoam, bubble wrap or any protection for the pieces inside the box.I don't think it was designed to be shipped through the postal system.Be prepared to return this a few times to get a good one.
