(More customer reviews)I purchased this set, since my husband was against using plastic.My son is only 3 months old, and we have only used breast milk to feed him.He has had no problem transitioning from breast to bottle and back.They are nice to help feed him pumped milk when breast feeding isn't convenient.

(More customer reviews)I grew up in Taiwan at the time we were manufacturing most of the plastic products for the world.I was taught at very early age to avoid using plastic products for serving and storing food, also to avoid even smelling or touching them too often.Before I had my baby, these glass bottles were the first thing I was looking for to get ready for my baby.I had a hard time finding them in any stores, and was so happy that I found them on Amazon.com
After I ordered the 8 oz sizes, I emailed Amazon.com service to help me find the 4 oz bottles, the customer service lady April was so helpful with each step through ordering.
I love the bottles, had them for the last 6 months.They fit perfectly to the breast pump.I needed about 15 bottles per size, just to have enough to also store additional for freezing, or when natural disaster hit (no power to wash often, etc).
The rings and caps wear off faster.After 6 months, I have about 3/4 of the original caps, and will need to find more to purchase.The glass is still like new.They are so easy to clean.I find my baby has no difficulties holding it with my help, not one has broken.
Originally she spit quite often, we tried different types of Evenflo nipples, and she got used to the bottles and one of the nipples, and we burp her to comfort her.She grew out of the spitting stage fairly quickly.Give them a try and don't give up on them, they have been around for many babies in history and they should be fine.
I wish this quality glass product can be promoted often and help this generation to use safer products for all ages.

(More customer reviews)After trying every cup out there, I finally found a cup that my 2 year oldwill drink from rather than the baby nipple.I highly recommend this cup for your baby if you want them off the bottle/nipple.I only gave it 4 stores because toddlers teeth can really do a job on the spout, but can easily be replaced!

(More customer reviews)We like these bottles.Yes, they do involve a few pieces (bottle, a two-piece insert to cut down on air bubbles, nipple, and collar), but the pieces are easy enough to assemble, diassamble, and wash.All babies are different, of course, but my son was happy to take these bottles, has no problem going between these nipples and the real thing, and doesn't seem to swallow much air at all when using these bottles.The microwave sterilizer is helpful, but not necessary - you can achieve the same thing by boiling the parts for ten minutes, and because all of the bottle parts can go through the dishwasher, you don't really need to sterilize them after every use anyway.

I'd recommend the bottles but not the sterilizer unless you feel like you'll want to sterilize frequently and saving a few minutes during the process will make a big difference for you.
