Love the fact that this gate is eco-friendly, love the price ( compare it to any other gate, most start at $60)
Can't stand the inconvenience of having to step over it with baby in hand (it is amazing how easy it is to miss-judge the height of the thing!)
And then of course there is the big issue of the foot holds and griping area for little hands (i.e. those stylish little holes which run throughout the surface of the gate)rendering the gate not so useful as a safety/containment device but instead a rather dangerous but very entertaining toy.
N.B.-
While this review is written with a light tone I should mention that I did turn around to find my infant ( still not walking, though very close) more than half-way up the gate with head and shoulders leaning over the other side. There was nothing near the gate for her to climb up she simply used the holes in the gate and made very quick work of climbing up...
I would say save this gate for your pet but it is probably too low unless you have a toy or miniature.
